Diseases of the hip joint have increased enormously. It is striking that in recent years even young patients - some of them under the age of 35 - are increasingly affected by changes in the hip joint. The most common diseases are osteoarthritis, femoral head necrosis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Diseases of the knee joint have increased significantly in recent years. In addition to the well-known meniscus problems and cruciate ligament ruptures, osteoarthritis, i.e. cartilage wear, is increasing significantly. In addition to genetic predisposition, the main cause is incorrect loading of the joint.
In addition to the well-known conservative and invasive therapies, we also perform many innovative procedures to relieve the pain of degenerative diseases of the spine and shoulder joint. In addition to infiltration therapy (precise injections in the area of the spine with imaging), we also perform minor minimally invasive procedures.

After 10 years at the largest orthopedic clinic in Munich, most recently as a senior physician in the knee and hip department, in 2019 I joined the M/O/C practice and the clinic of Dr. Decker, an excellent clinic with state-of-the-art equipment, a very pleasant atmosphere and optimal procedures. Despite the relatively small size of the clinic, or perhaps because of it, the conditions here are ideal for excellent treatment. In addition, the classrooms are located directly in the clinic, which allows for an individual and personalized approach.
